Quality Assurance Unit Hosts Faculty Training Event Highlighting Teaching Excellence and Institutional Progress

Komar University of Science and Technology held a comprehensive faculty training event aimed at enhancing teaching methodologies and strengthening faculty collaboration. The event, which featured a series of presentations by key university Units, provided insights into the university’s future plans, academic progress, and institutional policies.

The program was opened by Dr. Twana Abdulrazaq, who outlined the upcoming week’s activities and the overall training plan. Following this, Dr. Kawis Aziz Faraj, Vice President for Academic and Student Affairs delivered a speech emphasizing the importance of continuous professional development for faculty members. He encouraged faculty with similar specialties to collaborate on adapting their syllabi and teaching methods to stay current with educational advancements.

Mr. Mohammed Omer, the Director of HR and Administration, addressed the audience with a presentation on the university’s policies, mission, vision, and objectives. His speech reinforced the university’s commitment to excellence and innovation in higher education.
